Nutella Smoothie

A lot of people believe a healthy diet means giving up on treats, means deprivation, means being extremist, means no more chocolate and burgers and pizzas and ice cream and cakes and fries and mayonnaise and cheese and ketchup and bbq sauce…
NOPE, you can have all of that and guilt-free in the raw vegan cuisine. It’s all about the ingredients, it’s all about being equipped with good recipes, it’s about relearning cuisine, breaking bad habits and practicing new healthy ones and it’s all about treating yourself every single day if you wish!

Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas 
  • 1 frozen ripe banana (chopped)
  • 1/4 avocado 
  • 6-7 dates 
  • 1 handful of activated hazelnuts 
  • 1 or 2 tbsp of raw cacao powder 
  • 1/2 tbsp of carob (it’s okay if you dont have it)
  • a pinch of vanilla 🌼
  • 300 ml of water 
Method:

Blend all ingredients until real smooth.


Optional Superfoods

that combine well for an extra depth of flavour and extra nutritional benefits:

  • 1/2 tsp mesquite powder (adds a caramel twist)
  • 1/2 tsp of reishi powder (enhances the chocolate taste)
  • pinch of cinnamon (just goes fantastic with chocolate)
